Siliguri, 13th August: In a powerful demonstration, a large crowd gathered on the streets of Siliguri, West Bengal, to support Bangladeshi Hindus facing persecution. Organized by members of the Hindu Jagaran Manch, the rally highlighted the atrocities being committed against minority Hindus in Bangladesh.
Protesters, holding flags and chanting “Hindu Bachao,” blocked roads in Siliguri to demand justice and draw attention to the ongoing violence. The demonstrators condemned the destruction of temples, harassment, and the brutal acts of arson, looting, rape, and murder targeting the Hindu community in Bangladesh.
The protestors expressed their deep concern over what they described as genocide, urging immediate action to protect the rights and lives of the affected communities. The rally in Siliguri serves as a significant example of growing unrest and solidarity with the persecuted minorities across borders.
